Kabam is looking for a HR professional with demonstrated experience in HCM implementations and proven success in executing large scale employee wide HR projects. The ideal candidate must have a strong working knowledge of payroll & benefits administration and practical HR experience across all stages of the employee lifecycle.

You will play a key role in the design, configuration and project coordination of Kabam’s next HCM software. As part of a successful implementation, you will lead change management initiatives to ensure user adoption across multiple locations.

In addition, you will be asked to draw on your passion and knowledge in health and benefits alongside analytical expertise to help craft a world-class total rewards strategy & benefits program.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide change management leadership to drive a successful and timely HCM implementation
  • Liaise and consult with key internal stakeholders throughout project phases and execution
  • Work closely with benefits consultants to monitor and manage the effectiveness of our group benefits program
  • Provide direct day-to-day problem-solving support for employees in relation to their group benefits programs
  • Provide analytical support and assist in the evaluation and development of a total rewards program
  • Leverage HR and cross-functional knowledge to actualize best practices in our People Operations processes
  • Provide ongoing HCM systems administration and reporting to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Act as subject matter expert for HR & Payroll administration and provide mentorship to junior team members

An ideal candidate would have the following:

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of HR experience in a project driven environment with employee based in multiple jurisdictions
  • 3-5 years of HR project management experience
  • Experience leading change management efforts for complex HCM implementations (Ceridian, ADP, etc)
  • Experience working with Benefits brokers and consultants.
  • Experience in STD & LTD case management is an asset
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at a time is a must-have.
  • Ability to identify, assess and solve problems/issues independently
  • A highly organized, structured & analytical thinker
  • Financial and business acumen
  • Strong working knowledge in payroll processing and administration
  • Strong MS Excel skills
