RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Owning the creation and/or execution of the comprehensive talent attraction strategy for Teck in North America and LATAM, in a client-facing role on a global scale
  • Designing and implementing organizational change and communications around system improvements and net new technology product integrations and/or deployments
  • Developing reports on metrics, utilization, engagement, crafting materials and aligned with strategic plans for enterprise-wide quarterly, half-yearly, and annual reporting cycles
  • Collaborating and supporting the HRIS project team with user acceptance, integration, and system testing to further optimize the current SAP SuccessFactors recruitment module
  • Actively participating in the ongoing evaluation, vetting, and demonstrations from emerging talent technology vendors


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strategic Leadership: Proven experience in leading the creation and execution of talent attraction strategies, particularly in North America and LATAM.
  • AttractOps Proficiency: Expertise in Attraction Operations (AttractOps) to streamline and optimize talent attraction processes.
  • Client-Facing Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
  • Platform Expertise: Five (5) years’ experience with configuration, implementation, and super-administration of platforms like Lever, Greenhouse, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or Workday.
  • Recruiting Experience: Seven (7) years+ combined expertise in full-cycle recruiting, tactical headhunting, talent sourcing, service delivery, technical support, customer service, sales, and facilitation.
  • Technical Proficiency: Good understanding of data flows, structures, and API frameworks, along with familiarity with CICD, Agile, Kanban, and DevOps methodologies.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to establish rapport, present, and collaborate across a wide variety of technical and non-technical staff.
  • Adaptability: Proven ability to work efficiently and achieve results in various changing environments.
  • Passion for Learning: Enthusiasm for learning new concepts and systems, with a validated ability to grasp new technologies and platforms quickly, accurately, and efficiently.

SALARY RANGE: $82000.0 - $101000.0
