Senior Health & Safety Personnel

B&B Contracting possesses a strong reputation in the civil construction industry, and is now seeking to hire Senior Health & Safety Personnel

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain the corporate safety manual, policies, and procedures, and ensure they are implemented and maintained throughout all projects
• Lead the implementation, development, and maintenance of the Company’s Health & Safety and Injury Management Program
• Perform monthly inspections
• Complete incident investigations
• Manage injured workers' stay-at-work or return-to-work plans
• Manage employee training

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Training in Construction Health & Safety
• Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
• Effective communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform under stressful conditions
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Effective organizational skills
