About the Opportunity
Our Kamloops office has an immediate opening for a capable and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a permanent, full time Payroll & Benefits Coordinator. In this position, you will work closely with other members of our Accounting, People Development and Payroll team to manage full cycle hourly and salary payroll and employee benefits for 400+ employees located in 14 branch offices across 4 provinces. The Payroll & Benefits Coordinator will also be responsible for administration of our various employee benefits plans, employee enquiries and general staff communication related to pay and benefits, and additional accounting related duties pertaining to periodic and year-end reporting and reconciliations.
The right candidate for this position will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years full cycle payroll experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will also possess the following skills, strengths and interests:
