What will your typical day look like?

As a Coordinator, your role is to provide daily governance of the execution of the dashboard and ensure that stakeholders are aligned on the mandate, direction and operationalization of this dashboard across the Canadian region. Your responsibilities will include and are not limited to the following:

  • Perform day-to-day activities to support administrator (Ops shared services), trouble shooting and reporting
  • Triage email requests coming in relating to the Deloitte Diversity Dashboard (3D)
  • Adhere to outlined SLAs and ensure timely delivery of the requested information
  • Help to develop collateral and related information packages to support the Deloitte Diversity Dashboard (updating on an ongoing, as needed basis)
  • Manage translation to French and Spanish when required
  • Coordinate other key activities:
    • Quarterly review of questions and templates
    • Quarterly privacy review
    • Quarterly meetings with the Inclusion Office and OMNIA team as needed
    • Socialization of key templates with leaders
  • Help support other National Sales Office initiatives when necessary

About the team

Deloitte’s National Sales Office (NSO) is seeking a coordinator to join their team to provide the necessary support to its new diversity dashboard and other related initiatives. The successful candidate will become the point of contact for colleagues with respect to Deloitte’s diversity dashboard (3D) which articulates the degree to which our client-facing teams are both visibly and invisibly diverse.
As an integral part of a high-performing team of professionals, you will report to the partner responsible for this initiative, working closely with other key team members involved in this initiative. You are competent in project management and in implementing/supporting intake processes and technology; you have insight into professional services and an understanding of how to navigate the firm to help support the implementation of this new dashboard.

You are someone who has/is:

  • Minimum 1 year of project management and processes experience, preferably in a professional services or business-to-business environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, marketing or communications.
  • Ambitious, enthusiastic and proactive ability to prioritize and solve problems in a fast-paced detail-oriented environment.
  • Self-starter, independent and proactive, you demonstrate a willingness to embrace change and challenge the status quo, adapt to rapidly changing technology, and create efficient workflow processes to meet changing business requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written). You possess the ability to develop relationships with diverse teams (including Partners and Staff) to facilitate proactive articulation and resolution of issues in a concise and clear manner.
  • You desire to work in a team-based environment on multiple projects with minimal supervision.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook) and database management experience.
  • Bilingual is an asset but not required.
