Lead & Inspire: Build a high-performance team by navigating the management team’s development to enhance their leadership skills, drive customer engagement, and foster an innovative sense of purpose. Identify & Empower talent: Lead the full recruitment cycle to engage with new, diverse, and skilled talent. You'll execute a comprehensive training experience that empowers employees to thrive. You will guide evaluations to help employee reach their full potential. HR Leadership Experience in Retail: You’ve worked in the HR field for 7-10 years and have experience managing both people and processes effectively, particularly in fast-paced, high-traffic retail environments. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required for this role; bilingualism is an asset. Agile Leadership: With your aptitude for exceptional planning and adaptability, you excel at managing large cross-functional teams. Your autonomous and flexible style allows you to navigate challenges effectively while keeping team morale high. Please Note The Following Expectations Sales Floor Presence & Service: Must maintain a consistent, active presence on the sales floor, engaging with customers and supporting the team to deliver outstanding service. Varying Hours: Open to a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate operational demands. Training: Available to participate in training and development activities as required to support the ongoing success of the Yorkdale store. The salary range provided is intended as a guideline and represents the anticipated hiring range for this position. The final salary offer will be determined based on factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
