Job Title: Specialist, Talent Acquisition – Bilingual (French/English) Job Location: Montreal, QC Job Code: 42093 Job Schedule: Day Shift Compensation Range: Between $57,500 - $107,500 CDN annually L3Harris is seeking a Bilingual (French/English) Talent Acquisition professional with experience sourcing and recruiting. In this role, you will support our recruiting team by identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified talent. You will also be responsible for full-cycle recruitment efforts from requisition intake through offer acceptance. This role would be ideal for a driven, collaborative, and adaptable individual who is seeking opportunities within a fast paced, growth-oriented environment. Essential Functions: * Full life-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and presenting and negotiating job offers to candidates. * Track candidate activity in the applicant tracking system to ensure metrics are captured and goals are met. * Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles. * Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. * Partner with hiring managers and human resource business partners to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles. * Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates and assess interest and basic qualifications. * Identify and source candidates using a variety of channels including LinkedIn, job boards, networking platforms, and internal databases. * Prepare salary offers in collaboration with compensation specialists and HR Business Partners. * Attend and support hiring events, as needed (some travel required). Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree and a minimum a minimum 4 years of prior related experience in active sourcing and full cycle recruiting, or Graduate Degree or equivalent with 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience required. * Professional fluency in both French and English (written and verbal). Preferred Additional Skills: * Experience sourcing and recruiting technical and cleared engineering talent highly preferred. * Exercise effective influence, consulting, and negotiating skills. * Ability to work in a self-directed manner, willing to take initiative and drive tasks to closure. * General knowledge of various engineering disciplines and associated skills/certifications. * Experience working in a team-oriented, customer service environment. Eligibility Criteria: * Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program; * Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada Reliability status and Secret Level 2/NATO Secret security clearance; * Must be eligible to meet the requirements for U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
