Provide broad human resources support across the divisions, including employee and union relations, collective agreement administration, recruitment, benefits, training, workforce planning, and labour budgeting. Promote health, safety, and environmental compliance, supervise direct reports, and assume the Human Resources Manager’s duties when needed.
