Role Description This is a remote, 3-month unpaid HR Internship role. As an HR Intern, you will support the Human Resources team with recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and employee engagement initiatives while gaining practical experience in HR operations within a global, remote work environment. Responsibilities Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities. Maintain and update HR records and documentation. Draft HR-related communications and support administrative tasks. Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with a global team across multiple regions. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
