Job Title: HR Operations Specialist Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We're looking for an HR Operations Specialist to support employee lifecycle processes, workforce administration, and HR operations across KOMP's growing global workforce. This role will work closely with HR, Finance, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure accurate, efficient, and consistent workforce processes. Key Responsibilities Support employee onboarding, changes, and offboarding processes. Maintain employee documentation and workforce records. Coordinate with HR, Finance, Compliance, and Operations teams. Support employment contracts and HR documentation. Assist with employee administration and workforce-related queries. Maintain accurate data within HR and workforce systems. Support HR reporting and operational documentation. Help improve and standardize HR workflows and processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or HR Administration. Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes. Experience using HRIS or workforce-management systems. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
