Job summary

The Human Resources Manager will lead Kii Health’s people strategy and provide trusted advice to leaders across the organization. This role is responsible for developing HR programs, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance, supporting leadership development, and creating an engaging employee experience. The HR Manager will partner with business leaders to align people initiatives with business objectives. Position Reports to: President & Chief Executive Officer Key Accountabilities Strategic HR Develop and execute the annual HR plan aligned with business goals. Partner with leaders on organizational design and workforce planning. Provide strategic HR advice to executives and managers. Identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness. Employee Relations Lead investigations and resolve complex employee issues. Coach managers on performance management and difficult conversations. Support conflict resolution and workplace accommodations. Ensure fair and consistent application of policies. Talent Management Oversee recruitment strategy and key hiring decisions. Lead performance review and goal-setting processes. Develop succession planning and talent development initiatives. Support leadership development programs. Compensation & Benefits Manage salary reviews and compensation recommendations. Oversee benefits strategy and annual renewals. Oversee payroll and compensation activities Monitor market trends and internal equity. HR Compliance Ensure compliance with employment/benefits/payroll legislation. Maintain HR policies and procedures. Manage legal and compliance risks. Support audits and reporting. Leadership Develop HR metrics and dashboards. Manage the HR budget. Drive continuous improvement across HR processes.
