KMB Law is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator with 1-3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience to support the firm's hiring initiatives and deliver exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Position Overview Location: Primary office in Mississauga - onsite. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Role Summary: This role coordinates the recruitment process, supports candidate sourcing activities, facilitates interviews, and helps ensure exceptional candidate experience while supporting the firm’s growth through effective talent acquisition and recruitment practices. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Coordination Coordinate the full recruitment cycle. Assist hiring managers in developing job requirements and recruitment plans. Prepare and post job advertisements on job boards, professional associations, LinkedIn, and the firm's career page. Manage candidate applications and maintain recruitment records. Review resumes and conducts initial candidate screenings. Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers. Prepare interview materials and candidate evaluation documents. Conduct reference checks and assist with offer preparation. Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development Source candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and recruitment platforms. Build and maintain talent pipelines for frequently recruited positions. Develop relationships with colleges, universities, and legal education programs. Support student, co-op, intern, and early-career recruitment initiatives. Assist Human Resources Generalist with career fairs and networking events. Candidate Experience Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. Coordinate and communicate interview schedules with both hiring managers and candidates. Recruitment Administration & Reporting Develop and maintain an accurate tracking system. Track recruitment metrics include time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate pipeline activity. Provide hiring updates to the Human Resources Generalist. Develop, coordinate, and manage external recruiter relationships. Ensure compliance with employment legislation, firm policies, and recruitment procedures. Employer Branding Coordinate with the Marketing Specialist for any initiative and careers page updates. Promote the firm's culture, values, and employee experience to prospective candidates. Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within recruitment practices. Qualifications Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of full cycle recruitment or talent acquisition. Experience within a professional service or legal environment is required. Knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment best practices. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn. Core Competencies Demonstrated recruitment & candidate sourcing experience. Effective relationship building at all levels of the firms. Strong communication skills- written and verbal. Organization & time management Attention to detail Customer Service Orientation Confidentiality & professionalism Collaboration & teamwork Strong problem-solving ability.
