Talent Acquisition Specialist – Technology & Corporate Recruitment About the Role Range Group/Kensington is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across our growing portfolio of travel and technology brands. This role will have a strong focus on Technology & Product recruitment, while supporting a diverse portfolio of professional hiring across Finance, Marketing & Creative, Human Resources, Strategy, Operations, Sales, and other corporate functions. You’ll own searches end-to-end, proactively build talent pipelines, and partner closely with hiring leaders to understand their needs and identify the right talent. This is an opportunity for a well-rounded recruiter who can move comfortably between a specialized technical search and broader corporate hiring while delivering a consistently strong candidate and hiring-manager experience. What You’ll Do Own full-cycle recruitment from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and pre-onboarding. Lead recruitment across Technology & Product, including Software Development, QA, Product, Data & Analytics, IT, Security, and other technical disciplines. Support hiring across Sales, Finance, Marketing & Creative, HR, Strategy, Operations, and other corporate functions as business priorities evolve. Support targeted recruitment strategies based on role requirements, talent availability, and market conditions. Proactively source and engage passive talent, building pipelines for specialized and difficult-to-fill roles. Conduct structured candidate assessments to evaluate technical or functional capability, motivation, communication, and overall fit. Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, calibrate profiles, provide market insights, and drive effective hiring decisions. Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through responsive communication, transparency, and engagement. Maintain accurate recruitment activity and reporting within Greenhouse, ensuring strong process discipline, visibility, and documentation. Leverage AI, automation, and emerging recruitment technology to improve sourcing, assessment, candidate engagement, and recruiting efficiency. Contribute to employer branding, talent campaigns, referrals, and broader Talent Acquisition initiatives. What You’ll Bring 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally supporting multiple professional functions in an in-house or agency environment. Demonstrated experience recruiting Technology talent, with the ability to understand technical requirements and credibly engage candidates across Software Development, QA, Product, Data, IT, or related disciplines. Experience recruiting across additional professional functions such as Finance, Marketing, HR, Sales, Operations, or other corporate roles. Strong proactive sourcing skills, with experience identifying and engaging passive and hard-to-find talent. Ability to manage multiple searches across different functions, seniority levels, and stakeholder groups. Strong hiring-manager partnership skills, with the confidence to provide recommendations, influence decisions, and constructively challenge assumptions. Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and candidate-management skills. Experience with ATS and modern recruitment technology; Greenhouse experience is an asset. Curiosity and comfort adopting AI-enabled sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and productivity tools. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience. Hybrid – 2-3 days a week in office at our Downtown Toronto headquarters. We provide a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. Employees have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and compensation tied to business and individual performance. The expected compensation range for this position's base salary is: $65,000 to $85,000 CAD.
