As a Talent Advisor, you will manage full-cycle recruitment activities across a diverse corporate portfolio while acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers. You will oversee approximately 30 requisitions and provide market insights, recruitment expertise, and talent acquisition consultation. What You'll Be Doing Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer acceptance Conduct intake meetings and develop recruitment strategies Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates Manage candidate pipelines and maintain a strong talent network Complete background checks and pre-employment processes Provide consultative recruitment advice to hiring managers Deliver market intelligence and hiring trends to business partners Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders Ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience Coordinate job postings, employer branding initiatives, and recruitment events Utilize recruitment systems and reporting tools to track recruitment activity Support recruitment projects and talent acquisition initiatives as needed Required Qualifications ✅ Bilingual in English and French (written and verbal) ✅ 5-7 years of recruitment experience ✅ Full-cycle recruitment experience ✅ Experience in both: Corporate/In-House Recruitment Recruitment Agency Environment ✅ Proven ability to provide recruitment consultation and strategic hiring advice ✅ Strong communication and relationship-building skills ✅ Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities ✅ Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously ✅ Post-secondary education Preferred Qualifications ⭐ Experience with Workday ⭐ Experience using Microsoft Excel ⭐ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite ⭐ Experience recruiting within large enterprise organizations What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a proactive and professional recruiter who understands recruitment urgency, stakeholder management, and the importance of delivering top talent.
