As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you’ll lead the people strategy for our Packaging Services & Thermoforming business units and serve as a trusted member of the site leadership teams. What You’ll Be Accountable For Strategic Partnership: Serve as the senior HR leader for the business unit, bringing trusted people insights to business strategy, operational planning, and key decisions. People Strategy: Turn business priorities, workforce data, and colleague feedback into practical plans that strengthen capability, engagement, and operational performance. Workforce & Talent: Lead workforce planning, succession, recruitment, onboarding, talent reviews, performance management, and colleague development. Leadership Coaching: Coach leaders with clarity and care, strengthening accountability, people leadership, performance, and team effectiveness. Employee Relations: Provide balanced, risk-informed guidance on investigations, performance concerns, accommodations, disability and attendance management, and separations. Compliance & Governance: Apply employment legislation, company policies, and HR practices consistently while maintaining accurate, confidential, and audit-ready documentation. Culture & Belonging: Build an inclusive colleague experience by strengthening recognition, engagement, retention, collaboration, and belonging. Change & Improvement: Lead the people side of organizational change and continuously improve HR practices as business and colleague needs evolve. HR Service Delivery: Oversee site HR services, programs, systems, compensation cycles, training, service providers, and budgets while coaching and developing the HR Coordinator. Operational Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support a safe, compliant workplace, with occasional travel to other company locations. What You’ll Bring A post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline. 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in an HR business partner or senior generalist role, including leadership of HR programs and cross-functional initiatives. A CHRL designation, or active progress toward a recognized Human Resources designation, is preferred. Experience supporting leaders and colleagues in a highly regulated manufacturing environment; experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, food, or packaging is an asset. Strong knowledge of Ontario employment legislation and experience managing complex employee relations, investigations, accommodations, disability and attendance matters, and organizational change. Experience leading workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, recruitment, compensation, and colleague engagement. Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to use HR data to connect people priorities with safety, quality, service, cost, and operational performance. A collaborative and inclusive leadership style, with the confidence to coach, influence, and respectfully challenge leaders at all levels. Sound judgement, adaptability, and a commitment to handling sensitive matters with accountability, integrity, confidentiality, and care. Clear communication and conflict-resolution skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, experience using HR and applicant tracking systems, and the ability to travel occasionally between company locations. Requirements

Requires a post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline, plus at least five years of progressive HR business partner or senior generalist experience. Candidates should bring manufacturing HR experience, strong knowledge of Ontario employment legislation, expertise across talent and employee relations, and strong coaching, analytical, communication, and confidentiality skills; a CHRL designation or progress toward one is preferred.
