Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote) Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type: Full-Time Payout: $15 - $20/hour Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an Associate Recruiter to source, engage, and hire qualified candidates for open roles across the organization. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and maintaining strong candidate pipelines. This position supports full-cycle recruiting efforts with a focus on efficiency and quality. Key Responsibilities: • Source and engage candidates through multiple channels including job boards, referrals, and social platforms. • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit. • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely communication. • Track candidate progress in the recruitment system and provide status updates to stakeholders. • Assist with onboarding processes and new hire documentation for successful candidates. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines. • Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with candidates and hiring managers. • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and talent acquisition best practices. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
