Position Summary Galvion is seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment initiatives. The Talent Acquisition Manager will partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs, build robust talent pipelines, strengthen Galvion's employer brand, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This position plays a key role in supporting the company's growth while ensuring recruitment processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Strategy Develop and execute recruitment strategies to support current and future hiring needs. Build proactive talent pipelines for critical positions, particularly in engineering, manufacturing, operations, quality, and supply chain. Partner with business leaders to forecast workforce requirements and develop recruitment plans. Monitor labour market trends and recommend innovative sourcing strategies. Recruitment & Selection Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria. Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, employee referrals, professional associations, networking events, career fairs, and educational institutions. Conduct candidate screening, behavioural interviews, and coordinate interview processes. Negotiate employment offers and manage the offer acceptance process. Employer Branding Strengthen relationships with universities, technical colleges, military transition organizations, and industry associations. Represent Galvion at career fairs and networking events. Talent Pipeline Development Develop internship, co-op, and early career recruitment programs. Establish partnerships with educational institutions to support future workforce needs. Build military and veteran recruitment initiatives. Manage employee referral programs. Recruitment Analytics Track and report recruitment metrics. Provide regular recruitment dashboards and recommendations to HR leadership. Process Improvement Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies. Optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment technologies. Develop & Roll out standardized interview guides and selection tools. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field. Experience Minimum 5 years of progressive talent acquisition experience. Experience recruiting within manufacturing, defense, aerospace, industrial, or engineering environments is strongly preferred. Experience hiring technical, engineering, manufacturing, and skilled trades talent. Knowledge & Skills Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Strong interviewing and assessment capabilities. Experience with recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives. Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Language Requirements Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written) is required. The successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively with employees, candidates, hiring managers, and external partners in both official languages.

Requirements
