Contract Workday Learning and Recruiting Consultant Location: Canada preferred Working arrangement: Remote Allocation: Approximately 15 hours per week Duration: Approximately 2-3 months weeks Start date: ASAP Overview We are supporting an existing Workday customer with a new Workday Learning and Recruiting implementation. The client is already live with Workday and is now looking for a hands-on Workday Learning and Recruiting Consultant to support and lead the deployment of these modules. This is a part-time implementation-focused contract covering discovery, design, configuration, testing and go-live. It is not an AMS or post-production support role. Key Responsibilities Lead the Workday Learning and Recruiting implementation workstreams. Gather requirements across Learning and Recruiting. Configure Workday Learning and Recruiting processes. Advise stakeholders on Workday best practice across both modules. Review existing business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions. Support design, configuration, testing, deployment and go-live activities. Troubleshoot configuration and process issues during the implementation. Act as the Workday Learning and Recruiting SME for the client. Work independently within a part-time project structure. Required Experience Strong hands-on Workday Learning implementation experience. Strong hands-on Workday Recruiting implementation experience. Workday Learning certification required. Workday Recruiting certification required. Strong Workday configuration experience across Learning and Recruiting. Experience leading or owning Learning and Recruiting workstreams. Full Workday implementation experience covering design, configuration, testing and go-live. Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills. Previous consulting or subcontracting experience preferred. Ability to work independently within a fast-moving implementation. Certification Requirements Active Workday Learning certification required. Active Workday Recruiting certification required. Certification transfer is not required for this engagement. Consultants must be able to demonstrate that their certifications are current. Contract Details Approximately 20 hours per week. Approximately 2-3 month initial engagement. Remote working. Canada-based consultants preferred. Occasional travel to Calgary may be required. ASAP start.
