As an HR Generalist, it's an exciting time to join the FNHA Fraser Salish region as the organization continues to grow and strengthen culturally safe, community-centered health services. You'll play a key role in attracting, supporting, and developing talent that helps improve health and wellness outcomes for First Nations communities. Title: Regional HR Generalist – Fraser Salish Salary: $76,530 - $95,662 - $105,229 per year (pay range explained below) Contract: Permanent full-time Hours: 37.5 hrs./wk., e.g. 9am-4pm Mon- Fri (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri) Location: Any Fraser Salish Region Offices (Sto:lo, Matsqui, or Surrey) - Hybrid, expectation to be in office 4 times a week. About The Role The Regional HR Generalist acts as the regional point of contact for first-level HR inquiries related to all HR functions and works in partnership with the provincial HR team. The position reports to the Managers of Regional Operations in each of the five FNHA Regional Offices, (North, Interior, Vancouver Island, Fraser Salish and Vancouver Coastal). The position supports regionalization efforts, and the creation of corporate support teams in Regions. About You To be successful in this role you will have; Education Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent combination of work experience and education Occupational Certification CPHR designation (or in-progress) Experience 5 to 7 years’ related experience involving application of advanced HR expertise to the resolution of complex people and organizational issues in a unionized environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours. The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or an equivalent combination of education and work experience is required, along with a CPHR designation or progress toward it. Candidates should have 5 to 7 years of related experience applying advanced HR expertise to complex people and organizational issues in a unionized environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
