Job Description Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a trusted HR advisor working closely with HR and business leaders at CFM and PumpsPlus to support our growing workforce and operational outcomes. This role provides guidance and support to leaders and employees across recruitment, employee and labour relations, performance management, talent development, disability management, and HR program administration. You will play a key role in ensuring the consistent application of HR policies, collective agreements, employment legislation, and organizational practices. Through practical, business-focused partnership, you will support leaders and employees while gaining valuable experience to further develop your HR career. Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning, recruitment, and talent acquisition strategies. Manage full-cycle recruitment activities, including screening, interview, and selection support. Provide guidance and support on talent development, performance management, employee relations, workplace conduct, and coaching matters. Interpret and apply collective agreement provisions, employment legislation, and HR policies consistently. Lead grievance investigations, support disciplinary processes, and labour-management initiatives. Respond to complex employee inquiries and support HR systems and process improvements. Manage disability and return-to-work cases in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Manage and advocate HR programs for communication and participation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of progressive human resources experience. Experience supporting a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, and performance management. Experience in a unionized environment and labour relations is considered a strong asset. Experience utilizing HR information systems and technology. Demonstrated consultation, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills. CPHR designation an asset Salary: $60,000-$85,000

Requirements
