Advise and support managers throughout internal and external recruitment, including sourcing strategies, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding, while evaluating recruitment processes and tools. Advise on occupational health and safety requirements, contribute to the Cégep’s prevention plan and workplace wellness initiatives, and coordinate or participate in organizational development projects.
