Canadian Executive Search Group Inc. a division of Arrow Group of companies -is seeking an experienced Recruitment specialist for our growing London Office Job Duties: Resume screening, interviewing, reference checking, determining candidate skillset to match to suitable clients Sourcing candidates using social media sites and job board postings Keeping job boards and social media sites current Reverse marketing skilled candidates Answering customer inquiries Regular quality checks with customers to ensure all needs are being met and resolve any issues as they arise Maintain labour pools and supplying to various manufacturing clients ATS/HRIS systems and excel/ google spreadsheets Scheduling and providing -on call back fills for clients Doing follow ups and check ins with both clients and hourly temporary employees. (Performance reviews, service level checks) Providing Health & Safety orientations and plant orientations, Walking in new starts on site Generating job posts to meet specific client needs After hours rotation support Required Experience: 2+ years of Recruiting in the staffing industry is preferred Experience recruiting general labour applicants in the automotive and other manufacturing sectors Skilled Trades knowledge including: Welding, Machining, Tool & Die, Mechanical and Electrical is preferred Excellent communication skills- Must have strong English language skills verbal and written Team orientated mentality a must. We are looking for a candidate who engages well with others and team environments Excellent customer service skills and quick response time Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines Strong MS office skills with very strong proficiency with Excel and google docs Ability to multi-task Additional Details: Base salary and competitive commission structure Onsite ( Monday-Friday 9am-5pm) After hours support rotation To apply : Please send your resume to [email protected]
