We enable people to meet their own basic daily needs, participate in community, have sustainable livelihoods, feel hope for the future, and make plans for a better life. Poverty and homelessness are complex problems and exist for many reasons. Bissell Centre offers a wide range of services with the goal of ending poverty and homelessness at its roots.

The role focuses on designing and delivering learning and development initiatives to build organizational capability. It also leads high-volume recruitment processes, including candidate pipelines and onboarding, to meet time-sensitive staffing needs.
