Human Resources Generalist (Contract) Reporting to the Human Resources Supervisor in Manitoba, and based in Oakbank, Berger is looking for an HR Generalist to assist with recruitment, onboarding, staff events, support employee relations and other HR duties. JOB SUMMARY: Participate in full cycle recruitment, including organizing and attending recruitment events, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and providing offers; Help onboard and integrate new employees; Support with various staff events on site and participate on various committees; Support employee relations, addressing concerns and inquiries; Maintain HR administration, including HRIS data entry (Dayforce). QUALIFICATIONS : Post-secondary education in a related field; 0-2 years of experience in a similar position or a relevant internship/co-op experience; An equivalent combination of experience and education will also be considered; Valid driver’s license and ability to attend our various work sites outside of Oakbank (Hadashville, Deer Lake); Strong initiative, and organization skills with attention to detail; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Excellent verbal and written communication skills, French language skills are considered an asset.
