Job Summary The Bilingual Recruiter I is an entry-level role responsible for supporting the recruitment process through sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews in both English and French. This role is ideal for individuals early in their recruiting career who are eager to learn and develop talent acquisition skills in a collaborative team environment. The Recruiter I will assist with job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and maintaining applicant tracking system (ATS) data while supporting recruiters and hiring managers throughout the full-cycle recruiting process. What You’ll Do Post job openings on internal platforms and external job boards in English and French Review resumes and screen candidates for basic qualifications Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams Communicate with candidates to provide updates and support throughout the hiring process Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Assist with sourcing candidates using job boards and recruiting tools Support recruiters and hiring managers in the full-cycle recruiting process Help coordinate career fairs, campus recruiting events, and other talent outreach initiatives Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and coordination Assist with administrative recruiting tasks and documentation as needed Support team efforts to meet hiring goals and recruitment timelines Perform additional duties as assigned What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 0–2 years of recruiting or HR-related experience Must be able to write and speak fluent French Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Basic understanding of recruiting processes and talent acquisition principles Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and job boards (preferred) Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to new challenges Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately What’s in it for you?
