  • Launch of BAjob.ca job board

jobWings Careers is launching , a bilingual job board specializing in business analysis. The business analyst (BA) is a new function on the Canadian market. Since 2003, demand has mushroomed, with companies increasingly seeking this type of versatile profile, which requires skills in both IT and in business.

Specifically, a business analyst plays a role even before a computer project is begun, to document business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, stakeholder needs and the organizational impact of the project.

"For now, business analysis professionals are a small, difficult-to-reach community," states Manuel Francisci, president of jobWings Careers. "With BAjob.ca, this community has access to a dedicated job board, which completes our PMjob.ca board for project manager jobs."

  • Myjobtips: creation of a new online concept for candidates

This provides a view of all their job applications on one page, and specifies, for each job, the status of the application. They are automatically notified when a job is no longer online.

"This site fills a real need in the online job market," says Greg Webster, president of Myjobtips. "Such an organizing tool is useful for both candidates and recruiters, because it shows true professionalism."
