Job Description Talent Acquisition Coordinator The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is at the heart of all internal and external hiring for the Fairmont Chateau Whistler. Through organization, networking and an eye for exceptional talent, this role ensures the hotel remains fully staffed through peak seasons and that every applicant has the best possible candidate journey. We are looking for a colleague to start in the immediate future. Salary Range: $56,000 - $60,000 per annum, dependent on experience and education Job Duties Include: Being responsible for the full, end-to-end recruitment process for all roles within the hotel ATS management, pre-screening, organizing and carrying out interviews, offering positions and creating contracts Building relationships with Hiring Managers and other key stakeholders to understand their hiring needs Manage and oversee the hotel onboarding process, collecting new starter documentation, and uploading all information into the HRM system, ensuring legal compliance in all areas Taking ownership of recruitment-related projects including the Student Work Experience Program (SWEP) and Talent Scout Referral Program Working closely with the wider Talent & Culture team, assisting with orientations, colleague events and annual audits Qualifications Previous recruitment experience is required Previous administrative experience is an asset Proficiency in all forms of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience using an ATS and HRM system Job Perks & Benefits: Subsidized leadership accommodation provided Complimentary meal in our staff cafeteria per shift Access to our Employee Travel Program, with discounts on room rates and food & beverage at Fairmont & Accor properties worldwide Hotel leisure benefits including Golf/Ski passes Additional Information Visa Requirements: To progress with your application, you must be legally eligible to work in Canada. What you’ll do

Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process and onboarding for all hotel roles to ensure full staffing during peak seasons. Coordinate recruitment projects such as the Student Work Experience Program and collaborate with the Talent & Culture team on colleague events.

Requirements

Previous recruitment experience is required, and administrative experience is considered an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ATS and HRM systems are necessary.
